The psychology of survival

Cartman's Drama Triangle: Understanding Social Dynamics

In the realm of psychology, Stephen Karpman introduced the Drama Triangle, a model that illuminates unhealthy social dynamics. The triangle consists of three roles: the Victim, the Persecutor, and the Rescuer. Individuals can find themselves shifting between these roles, contributing to dysfunctional patterns in relationships. The Victim feels oppressed, the Persecutor adopts a blaming stance, and the Rescuer attempts to save the day. Recognizing these roles can empower individuals to break free from negative cycles, fostering healthier communication and relationships.

Survival Essentials: Nourishing the Body and Soul

Survival in the wilderness hinges on three elemental needs: food, water, and shelter. To navigate the intricacies of foraging, understanding edible plants becomes paramount. Our Survival Skills Weekend is your guide to identifying nature's nutritional treasures, unlocking the secrets of sustainable foraging. Moving to the essence of life, we show you the art of sourcing, purifying, and conserving water, ensuring you stay hydrated amidst the wild unknown. Lastly, we will build by transforming nature's elements into sanctuaries, teaching the principles of shelter construction for various terrains.
